The comprehensive and clear documents will include detailed images to assist law enforcement and Art recovery organisations the opportunity to identify and relocate stolen objects. A well thought out and illustrated inventory is an excellent tool to ensure proper collection management. Every clients needs will be different and we bespoke design any inventory to suit your needs best.
All our valuations comply to the RICS 'Red Book' and the insurance markets 'Object ID' regulations. This ensures consistent descriptions and size information, however we go further and include historical information (Provenance), high resolution images and if provided, purchase receipts. Our database can easily include previous inventory identification numbers and mark items within any inventory into separate ownerships.

AVIDO is our bespoke built and highly secure database management system. Clients can request hard copy valuations, or if preferred, digital pdf documents. Inventory details can also be output in Excel and other formats to suit the collection owner. Clearly, client information security is paramount and we will gladly delete any and all data at the clients request following any completed job.
